Step by step
What happens after you order
- Pay securely. Checkout runs through Shopify. We never ask for your game password at checkout.
- Get your private order page. That page shows your progress, chat and controls, and every order also appears in your My Boosts hub.
- Add your login (piloted only). It's encrypted and visible only to your assigned booster (and our admin team if a problem needs fixing). Self-play customers just pick a time in chat.
- Your booster takes the job. A booster approved for Lost Ark claims your order from our job board, and their name appears on your order page.
- Watch it happen. Your booster posts updates and screenshots, and you can message us any time from your order page.
- Finished and locked. A final screenshot proves the result. The job then locks, your booster loses access, and your saved login is deleted within 72 hours.

Game basics
How Lost Ark content works
Current state
Lost Ark is still live on NA East and EU Central. Amazon hands publishing back to Smilegate in early 2027, and characters carry over unless you opt out.
Endgame raids
The Kazeros raid series is the main endgame. Kazeros Act 1 Extreme has Normal, Hard and Nightmare tiers with one weekly attempt per roster.
What is next
The Belgardin shadow raid (item level 1750 to 1780) is on the October 2026 roadmap. Kazeros Act 3 Extreme follows in November.
Self-play or piloted
Raid carries run in our party on your character, or we pilot it. Leveling and Tome work are piloted. We never hone gear for you.
We never sell gold, honing, materials, Royal Crystals, items, accounts, or bots and scripts.
Timing
How long does a Lost Ark order take?
Weekly raid carries are booked within 1 to 3 days. Leveling and Tome orders take 1 to 5 days. These times are estimates and will vary with schedules and your character.

Account safety
Is Lost Ark boosting safe?
We'll be straight with you. Amazon Games bans real-money gold trading and has banned accounts that receive RMT gold. Its terms also bar sharing your login, so piloted orders carry risk. New Smilegate terms apply after the early 2027 handover. Any site that promises "100% safe" boosting isn't telling the truth.
How we lower the risk
- Boosters are vetted and only see orders for games they're approved for.
- On piloted orders, boosters connect through a VPN set to your region and appear offline.
- No cheats, bots, scripts or exploits, ever. Boosters never change your email, password or 2-step verification.
How your login is protected
- Encrypted, and only shown to your booster once they start (admin can open it to fix a problem).
- Every view is logged, and it's deleted within 72 hours of completion.
- Want the lowest risk? Choose self-play, where you never share your login.

Lost Ark boosting FAQ
How much does Lost Ark boosting cost?
Lost Ark services start at $19 and every option has a fixed price, shown on its page and again at checkout. Lost Ark Kazeros Act 1 Extreme Carry starts at $49, Lost Ark Kazeros Raid Carry (Acts 1–3) starts at $25, Lost Ark Kazeros Act 4 & Final Raid Carry starts at $59. Set the quantity to buy more than one.
How long does a Lost Ark order take?
Weekly raid carries are booked within 1 to 3 days. Leveling and Tome orders take 1 to 5 days. Your private order page shows an update after each session with screenshots, so you always know where it stands. These are honest estimates rather than guarantees, because group times, queues and weekly schedules vary.
Is Lost Ark boosting allowed? Can my account be banned?
No, it isn't allowed. Amazon Games bans real-money gold trading and has banned accounts that receive RMT gold. Its terms also bar sharing your login, so piloted orders carry risk. New Smilegate terms apply after the early 2027 handover. The risk is highest for piloted orders, where a booster logs into your account, and lower for self-play or duo, where you play your own account and keep your login. We lower the risk by playing from your region, appearing offline and never using cheats, bots or exploits, but no honest service can promise zero risk.
What's the difference between self-play and piloted Lost Ark boosting?
With self-play (also called duo), you stay signed in to your own account and join our players in the same group, so you play every moment yourself and your login never leaves you. With piloted, a verified booster signs in to your account and plays for you, which suits players who don't have the time, but it carries more account risk. Each service page says which options it offers.
Do you sell gold, coins or items?
No. We never sell gold, honing, materials, Royal Crystals, items, accounts, or bots and scripts. Selling in-game currency or items breaks every publisher's rules and puts accounts at much higher risk, so it is not something we offer. Anything earned or dropped during your order simply stays on your account.
What do you need from me?
After payment we email you a private order link. For a piloted order you add your login on that page; it is encrypted, only your assigned booster can see it once they start, and every view is logged. For self-play or duo you agree a time with your booster in the order chat. Region (NA East or EU Central), server, character name, class, item level and roster level.
What happens when my Lost Ark order is finished?
Your booster uploads a final screenshot and marks the order done. That locks the job, so the booster immediately loses access to your login and order details, and we delete your saved login within 72 hours. Please change your password if you shared it. If something isn't right, message us in your order chat within 48 hours and we'll reopen it.
