How do Boosting Games memberships work?
Each membership month gives you 15 ranked wins, 4 hours of duo play with a high-rank player, or 4 hours of coaching or match reviews. You book sessions from your order page during the month, and the membership renews monthly until you cancel.
Which membership should I choose?
Choose Ranked Wins if you want steady rank progress, Duo Pass if you want to keep your login and play with a pro, and Coaching Pass if you want to improve your own play for good.
Can I use a membership in any game?
Yes, in any game we cover. Ranked Wins needs a game with ranked wins on our menu, and Duo and Coaching hours work in every game.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes. Memberships renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Unused hours or wins do not roll over to the next month.
How do I cancel a membership?
Cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account on boosting.games, or email sales@boosting.games. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the rest of the month you already paid for.
Can I get a refund on a membership?
If nothing in the current month has been used and no booster has started, that month is fully refundable. Once a booster has started or you have used any of that month's hours or wins, that month is not refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If we can't deliver part of a month for a reason on our side, we refund the part we didn't deliver.
