Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal starts a new month of hours or wins. Unused hours or wins do not roll over.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account on boosting.games, or email sales@boosting.games. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the rest of the month you already paid for. If nothing in the current month has been used and no booster has started, that month is fully refundable. Once a booster has started or you have used any of that month's hours or wins, that month is not refundable. If we can't deliver part of a month for a reason on our side, we refund the part we didn't deliver.
